Alyssa is a Registered Dietitian in Vancouver, BC who is passionate about simplifying healthy eating to help everyone feel more confident about their health and nutrition. Alyssa started her career working in a variety of areas in both the hospital and the community, building expertise in managing a variety of chronic health conditions as well as navigating healthy eating on a budget.
Alyssa uses a compassionate, collaborative approach to focus on helping you achieving your nutrition and health goals. She focuses on nourishment over restriction to reduce stress around eating, build a strong, lasting relationship with food, and empower adults to feel their best.
